Fireflies are special items in Diamond Digger Saga, that appear only on firefly level. ( ).

First appearance: Level 5 (Episode 1, Diamond Dale).

Objective of firefly level is to wake up the required amount of fireflies. That amount does not have to be the exact number of all fireflies on the level. For example, level 48 require you to wake up 8 fireflies to pass the level, while there's a total of 9 fireflies on the level.
